- Selected to Compete in Rotary Regional Music Competition by the Hi-Desert Cultural Center
- Won $500 for solo performance of “You Raise Me Up” accompanied by Gretchen Will
- Was given Honors and recommendations by the Rotary Club presented by Ed Will
- Won Second Place in Voice at Regional Student convention Bakersfield
- Won First in Voice and Pacific Baptist College Days and Youth Rally
- Was asked by Cal-Baptist University to take part in their traveling team
